Please ensure you are logged in to your account on the app (under the Shop tab) by clicking the ‘My Account’ button at the top right-hand side of the screen.

That’s not all – earn points through our website when ordering online! Just make sure you sign up or sign in first to your Tates Rewards account before you go to the checkout so that you receive your points.
You can view the points you’ve earned in the Tates app under Loyalty > Points Store.

Deleting your Account
Firstly, we’re sorry to see you go! If you’d like to speak with someone about your account then please get in touch with us by using the chat facility at the bottom right-hand side of our website.
Steps to Delete your App Account
Step 1: Log into the app
Step 2: Go to the Account icon
Step 3: Select the ‘Details’ tab at the top
Step 4: Scroll to the bottom and tap ‘Permanently Delete Account’
Step 5: Enter App password, and tap ‘Delete’.
Your customer record is immediately and permanently deleted.
