For app users, please ensure that you are logged in once you visit the shop tab. You’ll need to open up your Tates Rewards app then visit the ‘Shop’ tab which can be found along the bottom navigation menu.

Next you’ll need to tap/click the ‘My Account’ button at the top of the shop tab screen to login (this is between our logo and the basket icon). Once logged in you can then browse our online shop and proceed to the checkout when ready!

Our eGift Vouchers are conveniently sent to your email and can be shared with a friend or loved one as a delightful surprise. You (the purchaser) will receive an email containing the voucher and security code. You can either forward this on to a friend or relative via email or you can print the voucher out yourself and pass on. The voucher can be presented on your phone or on a print out at any of our Tates Garden Centre branches.

Our eGift Voucher is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.

A Paradise Park annual pass is the ideal gift for all ages. Give to your friends or loved ones for a special occasion.

A paper voucher will be sent out to you (the purchaser) in the post. You can pass this on to any recipient of your choosing if intended as a gift. Simply present the paper voucher on your visit during entry. This will then be exchanged for a fully named annual ID pass!

Yes, you can bring a well behaved dog on a lead to all of our centres. We have dog friendly tables at all of our coffee shops and restaurants but ask that dogs remain on a lead and at ground level while you are sitting at your table. At South Downs Nurseries, dogs are allowed into the coffee shop seating area at the rear of the Heritage Centre and into the gardens but they are not permitted in the main barn restaurant. At Paradise Park, we have dog-friendly tables available outdoors. However, dogs are not allowed inside the coffee shop or restaurant, except when transiting between the terrace and the store. At Old Barn Garden Centre, dogs are only permitted in the coffee pod and are not allowed in the restaurant. At Mayberry Garden Centre, we have dog-friendly tables available inside the coffee shop.

Please note that dogs are not allowed into the Paradise Park Attractions & Gardens.

We aren’t currently taking advance bookings as tables are allocated on a first come first serve basis. However, if you are visiting as part of a large group, it may be possible to book in advance if you call the centre you’d like to visit directly.

We do accept advance bookings for Afternoon Tea, served between 2:30pm and 4:30pm. Please contact your nearest garden centre to check availability and to book.

Wheelchairs are available on request, subject to availability. Shopping areas are flat and level. Where stock is displayed at a high level, staff are available to assist as required.

If you are a charity, local school, church or local community group requesting a raffle prize for a fundraising event, or you are looking for a donation of goods for a project you are working on, please use the contact form above, select South Downs Nurseries and we will send you a Charity Donation Request Form to complete and return to us.

If you are fundraising on behalf of a charity, you will need to provide us with a letter from the charity on headed paper, authorising you to fundraise on their behalf.

Please bear in mind that we receive a large number of requests for donations and unfortunately, we are unable to help everyone. We do not make monetary donations, except in rare circumstances.
