Paniculata hydrangeas are characterised by their large almost cone shaped panicles of flowers. They have mostly white flowers which often fade to pink and flower better in sun than shade but need to be kept moist. Cutting back in early spring to 4 buds on each stem will give vigorous new growth with larger flowers heads. Little Spooky is a dwarf variety with white flowers tinged with green.
