Moonfire is a small dark-leaved dahlia with open yellow flowers, red at the base and a deep-purple centre with golden stamens. It holds an RHS Award of Garden Merit. Plant dahlias 60cm apart in fertile soil and deadhead to keep flowers coming until the frosts. Feed once a week with tomato feed.
