Cistus corbariensis 2 Litres
£1.00 OFF!
Cistus are tough drought resistant evergreen shrubs which flower in profusion in summer. The delicate flowers are like tissue paper and last only one day but they make up for it by flowering with gusto. They like free-draining poor soil in full sun and hate to be sitting in wet soggy highly fertile soil. Confusingly its common name is Rock Rose but so is the common name of the alpine Helianthemum which is why we use Latin names as they are unique to each type of plant.
The variety 'Corbariensis' is bushy and rounded with green leaves and white flowers with yellow centres.
