Helleborus x hybridus 'Single Pink Spotted' 3 Litres
Hellebores are clump forming perennials with divided leathery green leaves and branched stems rising above with nodding cup-shaped flowers in late winter and early spring. A very useful plant for any early emerging pollinators. Single pink spotted is evergreen and its stems bear beautiful single, saucer-shape pink flowers which have an exquisite speckled dark pink centre.
Plant in a sheltered position in partial shade. Very tolerant of most soils, they prefer fertile, moist but well drained soil. A hardy plant which will survive normal winter conditions outside. Remove the old leaves in late December.
Offers excellent ground cover in shaded borders, ideal for planting under deciduous trees and shrubs. Also perfect for winter containers.
