Bramley 20 is a compact version of Bramley’s Seedling. It is 20% less vigorous but has heavier crops. The apples have a distinctive sharp flavour and can be cooked into a delicious puree. They are pale green, flushed with red or orange. Late spring sees the arrival of the cup-shaped white blossom.
