The Master-Touch Premium charcoal barbecue looks fantastic, it can grill, roast and easily transform into a smoker for smoking low-and-slow, with a 57cm diameter cooking grate.
A durable porcelain-enamelled Char-Ring hold the fuel together so that it burns more slowly and efficiently over time which saves on fuel consumption and extends cooking times, ideal for low-and-slow smoking. At the top of the Char-Ring sits a stainless steel diffuser system which dampens any heat going into the food so the heat can be easily controlled, perfect for cooking low-and-slow ribs or pork shoulder.
The Gourmet BBQ System cooking grate allows you to cook breakfast, simmer stews, roast and prepare a perfectly barbecued pizza. The possibilities are endless with this barbecue! The cooking grate is also hinged, for topping up charcoal without removing the grate.
Features an easy lifting, hinged lid for hands-free barbecuing with a handy built-in lid thermometer for monitoring the temperature whilst cooking. An iGrill bracket is included which allows you to easily mount your iGrill (not included) to the handle of the barbecue. A closed ash catcher sits underneath the bowl to enable easy cleaning and ash disposal.
