Thrip Control - On a Stick - 1250 Mites Treats 5 Small Plants
Because thrips are so good at hiding, and their presence is often not noticed until after damage has become visible, preventative action with predatory bugs is the the ideal way to protect your plants against the risk of thrips feeding.
Amblyseius cucumeris is a naturally ocurring predatory mite. Invisible to the naked eye, these mites are quick moving and, once released onto your plant, will run around hunting and eating thrips. Amblyseius cucumeris is a native species to the UK and will be found naturally in your garden, just at low levels.
Conveniently packaged in a user-friendly sachet attached to a stick, all you need to do is insert the stick into the soil of the potted plant you wish to safeguard. Allow the predatory bugs to naturally hunt down thrip larvae, providing a natural defense mechanism for your plants. Suitable for use indoors, in greenhouses and outside.
