A specially formulated peat free repotting mix to promote healthy growth of bonsai trees.
Open textured to promote healthy root growth, contains coir fibres, composted fine bark, horticultural grit and horticultural grade sand. Does not contain added nutrients to ensure control of growth.
Ideally bonsai trees need repotting every 2 years in the spring. Top pruning for indoor bonsai can be carried out after repotting. Outdoor deciduous bonsai are best repotted just as the buds emerge from dormancy, evergreen trees a little later.
