Nasturtium (edible) 'Blue Pepe' Strip Pack
3 FOR £10
Nasturtium Blue Pepe is a unique European variety, specially bred for its culinary qualities. Its steel-blue leaves, with purplish undersides, make it unique. The edible flowers add a beautiful, bright-red hue to salads and are ideal for garnishing stir-fries. The leaves have a subtle peppery taste, similar to watercress, while the flavour becomes spicier in sunnier, warmer weather. Although the flowers are less pungent than the leaves, they add a vibrant, colourful twist to any dish.
Ideal for growing in mixed planters or borders or amongst vegetables in a kitchen garden.
