Round Cabbage 'Mozart F1' Strip Pack
3 FOR £10
Cabbage 'Mozart' is a variety of winter cabbage that is highly prized for its large, dense heads and excellent flavour. The heads of 'Mozart' can grow up to 25cm in diameter, making them quite large and impressive. They are densely packed with leaves and have a uniform, round shape.
'Mozart' is a versatile and flavourful variety, with a tender texture that is not too fibrous making it perfect for a wide range of culinary applications. It can be eaten raw in salads or slaws, cooked in soups, stews, or stir-fries, or fermented into sauerkraut or kimchi.
It prefers full sun and well-drained soil that is rich in organic matter. It needs regular watering to keep the soil moist, especially during hot and dry weather. Keep pigeons and caterpillars away by covering with insect netting.
