Red Guelder Rose is a native upright deciduous shrub which turn a striking shade of red in autumn. From late spring to early summer large lacecap style clusters of white flowers cover the the plant. It will grow in full sun to full shade. The cultivar Roseum has snowball like clusters of sterile flowers but no fruit, and holds an RHS Award of Garden Merit.
