Coppertop is an upright evergreen shrub with maroon to bronze glossy oval leaves when young, maturing to green.
Its panicles of small white flowers in the spring and summer are highly fragrant and are followed by red fruits which turn black with age.
Perfect for hedging, can be easily trimmed into low hedges or formal shapes, also useful for plugging gaps in borders, a focal point or an attractive container plant which will look great all year round.
