A specially formulated peat free repotting mix designed for best results with open and closed terrariums.
Free draining to promote healthy root growth, contains coir fibres, composted fine bark, sterilised soil, horticultural grade sand and a carefully balanced range of nutrients to promote healthy growth for up to two months.
Most plants do well in an open terrarium, avoid cacti and succulents in a closed terrarium and go for humidity-loving plants such as ferns, air plants, fittonia, starfish plants, golden clubmoss and strawberry begonia.
Can also be used for alpines and cacti, mix with perlite to make an ideal repotting mix for Mediterranean herbs, African violets and all gesneraids.
