The Broil King Crown 500 is designed for smoking, roasting and grilling with smart technology and precision control. Its WiFi- and Bluetooth®-enabled digital controller allows for easy temperature adjustments, while the Smart-Touch preset buttons simplify smoking, roasting and searing. The heavy-gauge steel construction ensures durability and the reversible, cast iron cooking grids provide exceptional heat retention for perfect searing. With a total cooking space of 5158cm², including a porcelain-coated warming rack, this barbecue is built for both low-and-slow cooking and high-temperature searing - the heavy-duty burn pot reaches up to 315°C. The pellet hopper holds up to 8kg of pellets and has a back hatch for easy emptying.
Equipped with two stainless steel meat probes, the Crown 500 allows you to monitor both grill and food temperatures directly on the digital display or via the Broil King® App. Its removable stainless steel drip tray and ash management system make clean-up simple and efficient. The sturdy motorised auger ensures smooth pellet feeding, while the burn pot agitator facilitates easy cleaning.
For added convenience, the barbecue includes a steel bottom shelf, an integrated bottle opener and large crack-proof wheels for easy mobility. With a durable high-heat paint finish and stainless-steel handle with a soft-touch grip, the Broil King Crown 500 is built for performance, reliability and ease of use.
