Tiarella are known as foam flowers for their foamy plumes of pink-tinged white spires of flowers above mottled clumps of foliage. They are shade loving perennials that love humus rich woodland soill and provide good ground cover with plants like ferns and hostas. Spring Symphony has deeply lobed green foliage with a purpley central blotch and starry creamy-white flowers in late spring and early summer. It holds an RHS Award of Garden Merit.
