Yucca rostrata (aka the Beaked Yucca) is a large variety that’ll cope outdoors in the British climate and will be right at home in Mediterranean, coastal or exotic, sub-tropical gardens. Its quirky crown of spiked leaves are a silvery blue-green and, in summer, it’ll produce epic stands of creamy white flowers.
