Local knitter Daphne Wheeler held a stall at South Downs Nurseries with her handmade knitted characters today. Daphne has dedicatedly knitted over 1000 characters over the last few years and raised over £4000 for St Peter and St James Hospice in Chailey. Her visit today raised another £140.
