The Barn Restaurant, based at South Downs Nurseries & Garden Centre in Hassocks, opened its doors to the public in 2014.
Set in a stunning Sussex-style oak-framed barn, The Barn Coffee Shop and Restaurant offers a unique dining experience. You will find a varied menu with a focus on using fresh produce, cooked to order. Our breakfasts cater to every taste with a wide selection of traditional dishes.
Afternoon tea is also available to book, or enjoy a cream tea with delicious scones baked fresh every day.
Our baristas serve a specialist range of quality coffees and delicious frappes and smoothies which are hard to resist.

Car parking at South Downs for the disabled and coach set-down is on flat tarmac or grass, close to the main entrance.
Wheelchairs are available on request, subject to availability. Shopping areas are flat and level. Where stock is displayed at a high level, staff are available to assist as required.
