Yes, you can bring a well behaved dog on a lead to all of our centres. We have dog friendly tables in all of our coffee shops and restaurants but ask that dogs remain on a lead and at ground level while you are sitting at your table. At South Downs Nurseries, dogs are allowed into the coffee shop seating area at the rear of the Heritage Centre and into the gardens but they are not permitted in the main barn restaurant.
Please note that dogs are not allowed into the Paradise Park Attractions & Gardens.
We aren’t currently taking advance bookings as tables are allocated on a first come first serve basis. However, if you are visiting as part of a large group, it may be possible to book in advance if you call the centre you’d like to visit directly.
We do accept advance bookings for Afternoon Tea, served between 2:30pm and 4:30pm. Please contact your nearest garden centre to check availability and to book.

If you are a charity, local school, church or local community group requesting a raffle prize for a fundraising event, or you are looking for a donation of goods for a project you are working on, please email email@example.com and we will send you a Charity Donation Request Form to complete and return to us.
If you are fundraising on behalf of a charity, you will need to provide us with a letter from the charity on headed paper, authorising you to fundraise on their behalf.
Please bear in mind that we receive a large number of requests for donations and unfortunately, we are unable to help everyone. We do not make monetary donations, except in rare circumstances.
We have in the past considered putting the prices of items up to include the delivery cost and then not charging directly for delivery, like many other retailers do. The decision was made to not do this but to charge separately for delivery by location, as this is the fairer way of doing it for those who live closer to our centres. This also keeps the price of the item in question as low as possible for those who do not wish to have the item delivered by us.
All of our coffee shops and restaurants serve a selection dishes made with vegan, vegetarian & gluten-free free ingredients. Please make a member of staff aware when ordering food and they will be able to advise you further. Although we take precautions to limit cross-contamination, our dishes are prepared in a kitchen using equipment where meat and fish, and ingredients containing dairy and gluten may also have been prepared.
If you have changed your mind about an item you have purchased, you can return it within 28 days for a refund or exchange, as long as it is in its original condition and you have not used the product. Any packaging must be unopened or unsealed.
If you have purchased an item that is faulty, or develops a fault within 30 days of purchase, you can return this to us for a refund or exchange. Some products are covered by an additional manufacturer’s warranty.
